Do you manufacture your own goods?
No. We create the design and details, but leave the actual process to skilled artisans and makers. We are grateful to work with them and support their own small businesses.
Where do you get the tees from?
We currently use Los Angeles Apparel and American Apparel; which is responsibly made in the USA.
Is everything in the shop made in the USA?
Absolutely. We’re proud to offer 100% Made in the USA goods in the shop.
What printing method is used on your apparel?
All of our shirts are printed with eco-friendly water-based / discharge inks. The result is a super soft print you can enjoy for years to come and feel good about wearing.
What size should I order?
Please refer to the size chart on the product page. We use a variety of tees so some styles may have a different fit.
How should I care for my shirt?
Following the recommended Wash Cold, Dry Low (or hang dry) will prevent most shrinkage. All shirts have some percentage of cotton so just be mindful of that when washing and drying. Proper care will ensure they last through a lifetime of adventures.
Can you ship my order to (latitude, longitude, Earth)?
Of course. Timbuktu to Kalamazoo, your order ships to you.
What shipping provider to you use?
We ship primarily with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
How much is shipping?
Usually just a few dollars.
The best way to calculate shipping is to add items to your cart and enter your address. Some international orders may charge customs duties / fees. It's a bummer when that happens, but part of selling goods to other countries.
How soon will you ship my order?
Your order will be shipped within 1 day of purchase, or sooner.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Transactions are securely processed by Stripe; a global leader in online payments.
Is this store secure?
You better believe it. All payments are processed by Stripe. They use industry leading encryption and keep all your confidential information the way it should be; safe and secure.
What is your return / exchange policy?
New products can be returned for a free exchange or refund. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit the Returns and Exchanges page.
I can't find my order number?
As part of our ongoing Explore Forever Initiative, we don't send printed order summaries. Simply refer to your confirmation email to find your order number. If you deleted it already, no worries. Just email us the name of who placed the order and we can help.
How often do you release new products in the shop?
Less, but better, is our north star. We keep a running list of ideas and execute only the very best ones to bring to the shop.
