What is Cedarpass Creative?

Cedarpass Creative was founded in 2012 as a way to make high quality clothing and home goods inspired by the great outdoors. We believe life’s greatest lessons are rooted in outdoor experiences.


Where are you located?

Boise, Idaho & Salt Lake City, Utah, USA.


Where are your products made?

Primarily in the USA, while a few others are a hybrid of Central America and the United States. All clothing is printed and finished in Orlando, Florida.


What type of printing is used on your clothes?

We only use water-based discharge printing.


How often do you release new products?

We release new things a few times a year. Less but better is our north star. Join our community newsletter to get the latest product releases.

 
 

Orders


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.


Is your checkout secure?

Yes. All payment are processed by Stripe, an industry leading payment processor. Stripe is PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified, meaning they’ve earned the highest level of certification available.


Do you sell gift cards?

Digital gift cards are available here in $25, $50, $75, and $100 amounts. Our gifts cards have no expiration date.

 
 
 
 

Shipping


Do you ship worldwide?

Sure do. Kalamazoo to Timbuktu. All orders ship with tracking from Boise, ID.


How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all US orders. International shipping is calculated based on your destination country. Simply add items to your cart for the shipping cost.


Will I be charged taxes and duties if I live outside the USA?

It’s likely. Each country sets its own rules for taxes and duties. We do not cover additional taxes or duties in the shipping cost.


Can I track my order?

Yep! All orders ship with a USPS tracking number. International orders may experience limited tracking in certain countries.


How long does shipping take?

Orders usually ship within 24 hours and take between 2-5 days for delivery. International orders take longer and may be as little as a week to several weeks.

 
 

Returns & Exchanges


What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are free for US customers. Items must be returned in new condition (unworn and unwashed for clothing) within 30 days. International customers can contact us for any available options.


How do I start a return or exchange?

Simply complete our return and exchange form, and we’ll be in touch with a return label and instructions.
